This policy explains how cancellations, date changes and refunds work for international flight tickets booked through PSR Air Travels.
Airline rules apply
Every ticket is subject to the fare rules of the airline and fare type you choose. Whether a ticket can be cancelled, changed or refunded, and the charges involved, depends on those rules. We will explain the conditions of your fare before you book, and you can ask us at any time.
Cancellations
- Please contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email with your booking details.
- Cancellation requests are processed according to the airline’s rules. Airline cancellation charges, if any, are deducted from the refund.
- Some fares are non-refundable. In such cases only eligible taxes, if the airline allows a refund of them, may be returned.
- Any service fee charged by PSR Air Travels, where applicable, will be told to you at the time of booking.
Rescheduling (date or flight changes)
- Changes depend on the airline’s fare conditions and seat availability.
- You may need to pay the airline’s change fee plus any fare difference.
- Changes must be requested before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Refund timelines
Once the airline approves a refund, it is processed to your original mode of payment. Timelines depend on the airline and your bank or payment provider. We will keep you updated on the status.
Flights cancelled or changed by the airline
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund or an alternative flight under the airline’s policy. Contact us and we will help you with the request.
No-shows
If you do not show up for your flight, the ticket may have no refund value as per the airline’s rules.
