By using the PSR Air Travels website or booking through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our service

PSR Air Travels assists customers with international flight ticket booking and related travel assistance. We act as a travel agent between you and the airline. The flight itself is operated by the airline, and its fare rules and conditions of carriage apply to your ticket.

Fares and availability

  • Fares, routes and seat availability are shown as indicative and can change at any time until a ticket is issued.
  • Fares may include airline taxes and charges. Any service fee charged by PSR Air Travels will be told to you before you confirm.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation or ticket.

Passenger information

  • Names must match the passport exactly. Please give us correct details at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for a valid passport, visa, health documents and any other entry or transit requirements for your destination and any connecting countries.
  • Corrections or name changes after ticketing depend on airline rules and may involve charges or may not be allowed.

Payments

Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking. We will issue the ticket after payment is received. Fares are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by the airline’s fare rules and by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Airline schedule changes and delays

Airlines may change, delay or cancel flights. We will help you with the options the airline offers, but we are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, baggage loss or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PSR Air Travels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your travel, including loss caused by incorrect passenger details, missing travel documents, or airline actions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
